Admission:
I understand that my admission to the College of Charleston
through EPIC Scholars is contingent upon completion of the Associate's Degree
listed above. I understand that I will be required to submit my final
transcript indicating completion of my Associate's Degree prior to enrollment
at the College of Charleston.
By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to participate in the EPIC Scholars program. I further authorize and consent to the sharing of my educational records between my Associate’s degree–granting institution and the College of Charleston for purposes related to my participation in the program. I understand that this authorization is voluntary but required for participation and will remain in effect unless revoked in writing.
